Thank you for being with me so long. It means a lot to me.

Most of you I have met personally. That multi-year effort has been well worth it – and I am grateful to know you.

You have seen me change – may have observed my gradually ‘finding my feet’ with the work I am so passionate about and which I now call Ocean.

Some of you have been (and still are) my teachers and mentors – some in an official role, teaching me ways of how to work with people. Others as friends and fellow travellers on this amazing journey we call ‘life’.

And last, but not least, I’ve met many of you as clients, as participants in workshops, courses and presentations, in events, the workplace and other gatherings.

There are also a number of ‘silent’ subscribers on this list, those who found my website and got curious.

No matter where you are, you all had a big impact on me. It is not necessary to be in an official teacher role, to have a positive and empowering influence on another person.

I bow in acknowledgement and gratitude to you all.

Apart from developing a way to share with people what I have found, through many years of deep personal exploration and meditation, these last 12 years have been an incredible journey – a journey of finding my voice.

You have been part of that journey.
